Gluten-Free and Vegan Bread
Looks quite good, haven't tried any of the recipes yet, needs more photographs. I have no idea what these breads should look like and when you're using exotic flours and ingredients I'd like to be able to gauge whether or not I'm close to what the recipe calls for. There is some white space in the book that could have been used for this. Apart from that it's extensive and for someone who is more into making their own breads probably a very good book to own.
