Silent on the Moor

Silent on the Moor (Lady Julia, #3) - Deanna Raybourn Lady Julia Grey takes matters into her own hands when she hears that Nicholas Brisbane had bought an estate and appears to be lapsing into solitary, anti-social ways. Julia find the house falling into ruin, the mother and sisters of the previous owner in residence and a lot of mystery, not least why he's determined to drive her away. I did guess some of the details earlier than the characters but it was not terribly obvious, the story was more about Julia and Nicholas. It's all very complicated and involved, things do resolve in the end but I found the main characters very interesting and I liked how it ended. I'm looking forward to more in the series
