Lady Audley's Secret (Wordsworth Classics)
Lady Audley has a mysterious past and this is all about how she's willing to keep it from coming out. It's an interesting read and I really did enjoy how George Talboys uncovers the evidence. It does look at the roles women play in the rigid victorian society and how hard sometimes it must have been to be successful.
I'm really not surprised it's regularly reprinted, it's a very interesting read.
