Zara Whie has been sent to stay with her grandmother while she tries to deal with the problems she's having since her step-father died. She finds herself having to use tools to keep herself sane and one of them is to recite phobias.
She also has a feeling that she's being stalked. And this feeling is true, there's an undercurrent to this sleepy Maine town that's causing problems. And things are only going to get stranger.
I enjoyed this story, Zara is an interesting character and comes across as a person rather than being all-perfect and occasionally as freaked as she should be. The Pixies in this story are pretty scary!
