Interesting and passed on to my mother to read.
It's the story of a jeswish artist, the struggle he has between his art and his heritage and the difficult choices he has to make to keep his soul satisfied. I found it interesting but really didn't quite engage with the main character.
Still echoes of the story have stayed with me and it did make me think about how somehow following your dreams isn't the easiest path.
